Ok, maybe not running....yet!! Hi y'all. Found this site through some friends and liked it immediately. Truth be told I've never been good with figuring out calories, carbs, etc etc so this is golden for me. Hopefully this will help keep me focused and on track! Hope to see everyone 'round the boards.
