I eat 1200 most days I don't include my workout calories don't look at todays food journal this was my eat whatever I want to day! lol I don't think I will be doing that again for a while cause now I feel sick !!!!

Go everyday (1 day off) no excuses. Even if you just do the treadmill for 30 min. you need to get it in your routine Plus Im also a cheapskate so I don't want to waste my money and I know I'm doing something that will benefit me in the long run.

I started lifting for 5 months now and I would say after the 2 month I could tell, sooner in my arms then legs. I run 20 min then alternate legs and arms every other day. I am trying to get the food thing down I watch my carbs good and try to increase my protein. Its very hard to reach my calorie goal though
