  • Dont be offended but have you double checked your portion size against what you are recording? I find it very hard to eat my calories and eat healthy, if it wasn't for protein shakes I wouldn't get close.
  • May had been hard work so far, been poorly with stomach flu but just about kept going with my exercise plan.
  • I switched for kenpo x + and much prefer it, slightly harder exercises, all the breaks are gone and its nearly 15 minutes shorter. I'm saving insanity for when I've finished p90x, otherwise what do I do then? :p
  • I drink power 90, 200 calories and 45 grams of protein, plus its reasonably cheap. No way I could come close to my calories without it.

  • I try to fit in some Jacks, skipping or some running in place if there is a large gap between that and the next exercise. You could always jump a chapter to the next exercise.

  • if you can afford it get p90x + as the cardio workouts are only 52 minutes our less including warm up and cool down. Just as hard work as plyo but slightly shorter.
  • Phase 1 of P90x seemed to be eggs followed by more eggs. Phase 2 is much more varied, I've had fruit and pancakes and blueberry muffin with a Banana so far.
  • Have you tried switching up your exercise and food? Try different types of exercise from what you normally do, and switch when and what you eat?

  • Did Interval X from P90x+ tonight instead of Yoga and I really enjoyed it. I found it about the same impact and calore burn as Pylo but in a 45min package.   • ADAM Mens' Multi Vitamins, Xtend workout drink, Power 90 Protein Shake, and Opti Creapure. Trying to lose as little muscle as possible as I burn through my fat so concentration on that.

  • One thing that has always bugged me with saying a cup of rice, is the rice meant to be cooked or uncooked when you measure it? As there is quite a large difference in size between uncooked and cooked rice. We brought smaller plates and dishes, then weighed everything for the first few weeks to get into the swing of things.
  • Dance Central us by far the best dance game for kinect, as long was you like the set list. I love grooving to it and it's hard work if you don't for dance to modern dance tracks on a regular basis. It's really improved my coordination.

  • I don't try to lose more than 2lb a week it just happens, some weeks I lose nothing and others I lose 4lb. Since Sunday I have lost more than 2lb already. I eat at the same time, I eat the same things on the same days, I work out at the same time with the same work outs. I just don't understand it.

What I do now is make sure my net calories after exercise for the day are at least 1200 and preferably 1300, if they aren't I increase portion size or add in healthy snacks.
