Ok maybe kind of a hypocrite here! My food is very nutritious but I do like my vodka. No dessert in years. Focus on fruits,vegs,whole grain,seeds.

i do. I eat eggs ( a new Thing) but only meat 1x a month. I use almond milk, hemp seeds, chia seeds, PB2 and protein powder 3x week

I ride my st. bike at least 35 minutes 3X a day,5X a week. Sometimes a few spins on the weekend. Need to change it up a bit and looking for ideas. Have a bad hip and back so no jumping for me. I have a kettleball workout that I'm looking at and a resistance band one-just haven'd done it yet.

hi all! Sorry to not get back this am , kids in from Oklahoma and grand from Atlanta. So much fun but crazy. I am 55,birthed 2 babies and inherited 3 more. Been thick and thin through thick and thin.

I wanna but 75 days in have just lost 10

was 124 both times PG -was way too thin with X pressure. Last felt good at 150 but now at 215 and 75 days no cheating am so confused as to no loss. I am going to try upping my cals but is so scary.
