in Uk; I quite like salt and vinegar snack a jacks (rice cakes). They have them in a crips bag or as one larger one in a mulitpack. A kellogs k bar/ an alpen one. I tend to let myself have it, otherwise I might end up binging on it which would be worse. Fitting into your calories for the day. I do sometimes go for a low calorie hot chocolate though instead of a bar of chocolate. Sometimes thats enough to satisfy me at about 40 calories.

thanks for all your replies :smile: and lemurcarlt12 I meant enough to feel satisfied. Its interesting to hear what types of food help keep people going. Will definetly try some things out and see what works for me.
