That was not me, I have not reported you. I've never heard of the Cambridge diet, what is it?

Thanks Laura, I'll message you with what I have been doing!

Sorry, but I am eating too. Thank you for your support and advice however :)

Thank you :) I plan to make sure I transition onto a healthy diet and exercise regime. I know some of the weight will go back on as I'll be eating more but hopefully it should keep most off xxx

On average I'd say around 1200

I do understand about muscle loss and the side effects of fasting. That's why I am juicing for two meals a day and eating a healthy dinner with lots of protein. I exercise 2-3 times a week, I plan to transition off the fast in a healthy way and will obviously not go back to eating a carb or fat heavy diet. I was really…

Thank you! Can I ask what water weight is? I've never really understood it! And yes I think I will up my calories, I guess I'm scared of putting the weight back on but I'd rather the loss lasts! :)

Hi Lucy! I'm a cat lover too! I'm aiming to lose around 20lbs too, for an ideal weight of 10st / 9.5st :) I'm 5'6 but I've always had a curvy frame so I think 10st would be the ideal weight for me! Good luck with getting started! The first couple of weeks seem to be the hardest :)

My cardio at the moment involves an hour on the crosstrainer everyday,I found it hard at first but the speed at which I've got better is really encouraging. I've been doing it with a cold recently and it wasn't too challenging so perhaps something like that? I've read loads that lifting is brilliant for weight loss! How…

That's great well done :) 3.5 months does sound longer to me, but all bodies are different. I'm guessing it'll takeme maybe somewhere in between, 2 months maybe? As long as the weights coming off healthily that's good for me :) Well done for breaking through those first months though must've been tough! I've heard you lose…

Wow, well done! That's great news, a month sounds pretty healthy to me. I haven't weighed myself and this is my first week, I don't want to de-motivate myself if I haven't lost anything! Good plan, I've heard sticking to the same routine can create a plateu, and at the moment I'm becoming a bit too comfortable with my…

Thanks! I'd done a lot of research into Alli and already concluded that the side effects would outweigh the weight loss for me! I was just interested to see if any one would vouch for it haha!

In want of a better phrase, I was just interested to see if anyone else had limited their intake of bread :)! Portion control is key, I'm pretty sure I'd eat bread at every meal if I could but I'm sure that would put me over my daily calories etc

Hi! I'm trying to lose a stone and a half / 20lbs by summer! I've let myself go over the past two years and put on two stone! I don't know how it's happened but I'd love to get my figure back! I feel so big next to my 3 size 6/8 best friends but mainly I want to do it for myself! Anyone else trying to shift pounds for…
