I do both :) I would recommend going to at least one real life yoga class per week to make sure your form is good and you don't learn with mistakes

Diet soda! Since I stopped drinking it my weight loss has sky-rocketed!

Not weight related but implanon made me CRAZY! Like seriously to the point where it ended the relationship I was in. I would strongly advise anyone considering it to go for something else. It works for some people but you never know how it's going to be with you.

Today's mini goal: don't stuff myself with free food from work! (I'm a waitress) It's gonna be hard, I put down a lot of weight gain to free delicious bits and bobs as the chef will always put out 2-3 starters for me throughout my shift as he knows how much I love his cooking

Hey I'm vegan :) Rice milk is pretty good if you're looking for something near to cows milk I'm not a big fan of dairy free cheese but tofutti isn't too bad If its just lactose intolerance then there is a brand called Lactofree available in the UK, depends where you are. That's dairy products but with the lactose taken out
