I too struggle with that problem. Typically when I want to eat just to eat or any other reason besides I'm hungry I try to do some type of exercise. By the time I'm done the feeling usually passes.

I do. It helps me with the mood swings and abdominal pains. Granted, I cut my workout time in half, but it still gets done.
