As above, I don't think your gain has anything to do with eating and activity. Stress can makes your body to gain. Maybe have a talk with your therapist about what your real needs are, might not be your weight.

Your camera - make selfies and compare them. If you wear glasses, even sunglasses, you will feel, that they get lose too. But taking pictures is really the best option.

The scale is not always a friend. Muscles are much heavier than fat is, firstly, and secondly, it is very possible that your muscles hold on to water due to the weight training. If you feel good and lean and happy, throw the scale out of the window.

I think, all the "don't eat after ... " is done not out of science but out of "sounds logic, easy and doable" I saw diets explaining you can eat literally what and how much you want, but only before 2 p.m. So all it is, as you are not able to eat all and everything before 2 p.m is a calorie restriction. I even doubt, that a measuring tape and math is always sooo accurate. I tried to run my figures on one of the pages recommended here on mfp. Hi Are you sure about your bodyfat? Seems too high, although you BMI is fine. Try to eat more calories, but not too much on carbs and instead of 4x cardio try 2x cardio and 2x weight lifting.

Funny. Most dog foods are not dog- but bird food. So unless you use one of the best brands available you are not treating your dog as what he is - a carnivore.

Unfortunately any estimation of calorie burn in any app is far too high. Using my HRM gives me average between 50 and 70% of any estimate, no matter how accurate they try to be (entering weight and age and whatever) Was quite a shock in the beginning as work out is not (yet) my favourite time spend. ;-)

No wonder you stuck! Obviously you try a ketonic diet. But for this kind of diet you eat far too little calories. Unless you are going for the Mr. Universe competition, this is the wrong way anyway. Please eat more if you don't want to run your body into big problems.

Protein rich food is fish for example. Soya products are ok as well. No batter or breaded meat/fish, just baked in the oven or fried in a teaspoon of good oil. Online you can find lists with protein rich foods.
