Hi dear. Welcome. Maybe you put on not enough calories (you can adjust manually) Weightloss doesn't mean you should suffer all the time and if you do, it will not work. Get some friends (you can add me if you like) they are a big help too to stick the journey

This was intended to be funny and to show how much people have lost as an equivalent with pictures. I can`t change the title anymore but I can asure you I love my dog and cats and the two guinea pigs to bits. And if anything would happen to them I would certainly not post it under success stories. This is really a great story. I am currently on the stage were I lost "it" No losing, going over my calories and hardly exercise. This gives me hope and I keep on trying. Thanks for sharing.

Are you working out at all? And everyone telling you to eat more is right. Not negativity but experience. Changing a lifestyle is good but not good enough if not sustainable. And eating 1000 cals a day is anything but sustainable.

If you get an HRM you get the most acurate reading and most of them are water resistant. I swim with mine.

I have one too. Every now and then it loses the contact and stops counting, but most of the time it works fine

I have no problem telling anyone how much I have lost. And about the how I say always exactly the same: "Less and different eating, more exercise - that's it. There is no magic pill." - People generally nod but seem kind of disappointed. ;)
