I always wonder why people write a lot in a post with all possible issues and problems and end with: "I will do this and that and I don't want any advise." So just a little something from me, not as advise, just something to think about: there are lots of people who lost weight with surgery but there are also a lot who…

:D Gratulations! Well done you

I lost 74 lbs and need to lose another 70 or so (I have no fix end goal) I welcome everyone who needs support and give support. B)
-
123 pounds in eight month. :o Incredible.
-
Great loss so far. You show, that the "not giving up" is the most important one! You can be very proud of you.

FT7 always work out with it. Feel free to add

Good doctor, keep her. She seems to know what she is talking about, which is a rare find.

Depends on your weight and fitness level. Generally apps are overestimating your burn.

Why would anyone want to eat only 1000 cals a day? Sure it maybe is a quicker way than eating 1500 or 2000 a day. But this sounds like torture. And I doubt that with only 1000 cals a day your body gets what it needs.
-
I log every day and try to support as much as possible. And I will be here for a looooooong time. Feel free to add me!
-
I have over 100 to lose as well. Feel free to add me, I'm here daily :drinker:

You had a maximum heartrate of 192 from a walk? Doesn't sound right. I have a max. Of 110 from a walk on a straight road. With bit incline maybe 120 and a hike up a mountain at 150 max. Sure it was a walk and not a sprint? Otherwise would have the HRM checked out. If that one is fine, get your heart checked.
-
of course there is a difference! Common problem I guess. I have the same. sometimes it is ok, but most of the time I just see my belly and my double chin and think: NOTHING has changed But it has, sometimes it is just hard for your brain to believe your eyes.

Gryffindor please

Any soy products, beans, Chickpeas ...

Try the 1700 regardless of how much you workout, as your nutritionist said. Your body needs a while to adapt, so give it four weeks. Bdw. you just not log your water intake or?
-
Why would a man need to stay away from soya? Wasn't aware of a male shortage in asia.

Weight the raw chicken. Depending on how you grill, cook, bake or roast it, it will lose different amounts of water. So a done chicken breast can vary in its calories quite a bit. Raw is raw.

We can't be all native english speakers ...

This is very little sleep you are getting. And as above poster wrote, with a closed diary it is hard to help.

My number is around that, little less, but I didn't set my tracker for it, as it would extremly discourage me. The first tracker, I set on 20kg less, once reached, I set it to the loss to be in kg underland (uhu = under hundred) Once reached, I probably set it on 10kg to lose and then another and another....

1. What is your hight? 2. The amount of food sounds to me very little and far away from each other in comparison to your work and workout 3. When do you go to bed? I was already exhausted by only reading what you do all day. The weight you put on can hardly be fat if it is all correct what you staded in your opening…

To be accurate and looking at calories on the lable. I just realized that one butter cookie with chocolate has 70cals. I can remember eating a whole pack in the old times - so 630 cals - in 10 min. Not that I would have realized then. Or said that I ate so much... Bread still shocks me every time. But I couldn't live…

Me too :-/

6 Two rather old ones but still ok for non jumping/running workout Two thin new ones to wear under shirts Two thick, most stable and could be used without a shirt. (Still to much of me for this)

What is low calorie for you? Weekdays I have a soy joghurt with protein powder and some fruit. Sums up to 250 to 300 cals. Wholemeal toast with marmelade ~ 120 - 150 cals Little yoghurt around 70 cals One egg 80cals ...

We could help but for this we need more data. Height and current weight for starters. Guessing wouldn't help here very much. How much have you lost already and what is your goal weight? The last pounds are always the most difficult ones.
