Good luck! I'm shooting to lose 30lbs overall this year, and do what I can (smartly) to lose it by my families FL trip in April. Nice to know I'm not the only one around with the problem. I do most of the shopping and try to incorporate salads and green stuff along with brown rices etc. I due tend to spent time doing things at night like finishing school, working on projects or whatever that doesn't involve sitting in front of the TV.
