I make a big batch of these two ingredient breakfast cookies ( I also add chia seeds and chocolate chips) and freeze them. Then I just put 4-5 in the fridge each night to defrost for breakfast on the go. I have made them with a can of pumpkin too instead of bananas and they are awesome.…

I just stumbled across this thread because I am going to shift to maintenance early too. I'm 12 lbs away from my goal weight. It just feels right for me at this weight. I think you're doing the right thing. Your health comes first. Good job on the weight loss too!

Hi! I am 5 feet tall and 117 lbs. I think your cals might be a little high. I checked out your diary. My maintenance cals are just about 1700 and I'm only an inch and a few pounds smaller. For me to lose about 1 lb per week I try to net on average 1400/day or less. Maybe think about adjusting the cals down?

Sometimes I just tell myself to do 5 minutes and then I can stop if I want. I almost always keep going once I've started though!

Something else it could be is c. Diff? I'm not a doc but recently when I was taking antibiotics my dr told me getting c diff was a risk.

I save 100 calories to have a treat! I like the sea salt caramel yasso frozen Greek yogurt bars. They are only 100 calories. Also I freeze red grapes and I like to snack on them while watching tv.

Well I went from a size 10 to a size 2 so it seems to be working ok.

I don't have a food scale but I measure everything that can be measured and count out servings for nuts, crackers, stuff like that.

There's a way to enter it each day but it's not very user friendly. I just adjusted my activity level up on my setting to account for the increased caloric need. People do different things though. Just run a search for it on the forums to see past topics on it.

Express, loft, banana republic, kohls... I am 5 feet even and I tend to buy pants that are "short" even then I can usually wear with heels. I get things altered, too.
