  • I eat small meals mostly because I get filled up easy. My dinners are probably higher in calories but if I put 1600 calories a day and only log 1200, MFP wont let me close out my food diary.   • my calories are around 1,200. I'm about 20 net carbs a day. my carbs are up because I've been taking a fiber supplement a couple times a day. yesterday I was at 23 net carbs. ok thank you. I won't give up then

  • I'm horrible at being consistent. That's my problem, I start to lose weight and go to the gym and then all of sudden I'm being lazy and pushing it back to "tomorrow" I need to be more consistent!!
