I have started and stopped 1 million times. Its frustrating plus the soreness of starting /stopping that is crazy. being consistant is the key. It took me awhile to understand that.

just start off with smaller goals try losing 10% of your body weight and then set another goal . 100 lbs is too big of a number to go up againsts. small goals lead to big ones.

I want to lose 10% of my weight plus... but I want to lose 3 lbs this week. ( weekly goals and daily goals is what i focus on mainly)

Hey its ok we all fall off the wagon sometimes , but you must get back up and stay consistent. Set daily, weekly & monthly goals and take it from there. Don't beat yourself up over it.
