I've always followed the rule that the last few reps should be very difficult while maintaing form. Once I start to lose my form I stop because I don't want to get hurt. Also, you might could as an instructor at the gym. Especially if the observe you doing the exercises.

Woke up early and ran 2 miles, followed by level 3 of 30 Day Shred. Then I had a protein shake. My body is so sore and it feels so good. :D

I did day 21 today and it was tough. Traveling pushups were invented by the devil himself! While level 2 has a lot of planks, level 3 seems to have more jumping. I have nightmares with Jillian saying "I want you to feel like you're going to die" lol I haven't taken any measurements, but it's obvious to me my body is losing…

I'm a pear for sure. Always have been and probably always will be. I don't mind it too much, it's mostly just annoying trying to find jeans that fit right.

I just finished day 15 and I can feel my body getting stronger. I started Level 2 after about a week of doing Level 1. I think Level 2 is a whole lot harder and I'm not very good at planks, so I wanted more time to work on level 2. Hopefully, after doing level 2 for 2 weeks, I'll be ready to advance to level 3.
