Chicken Chili 1 -15oz can black beans 1 - can of corn 1 block of reduced fat or fat free cream cheese 2 - 10oz cans of Rotel - Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 3 lbs chicken breast 1 packet of ranch dip mix Put in crock pot on high for 4 hours. Just something to look into...sucralose (aka Spenda). That is that main cause of my headaches. I haven't gotten any since I discovered the cause. So if you consume any fake sugar you might want to look at that. Even the smallest amount of sucralose will cause a headache for me.

I didn't read the article, but I have recently discovered that Splenda (aka Sucralose) does terrible things to my body! I have a headache immediately after consumption and then get terrible stomach pains. I also read an article where it can cause many other symptoms. I sometimes do want my meat to be falling apart, but the other night I made bone-in pork chops and I must have cooked them too long because the bones just fell apart and the pork was in TINY pieces. You had to be careful eating in case you found a sliver of a bone... My crock-pot is only a year…

I gave it up as a New Year's Resolution. Mostly because I feel bloated when I drink any type of soda, and I think it makes me crave sweets even more. And I have concerns about aspartame. But mostly the other reasons.

I agree with talking to your doctor. But I just wanted to add that my sister lost 7 lbs during her pregnancy just by switching to healthier foods for the baby. She still ate what she wanted, it was usually just healtheir. So by doing this I'm sure it would help not the pack on the pounds.

Congrats!! I know how hard it can be. That was one of my New Year's resolutions. I was addicted to "diet" cokes but wanted to get away from the aspartame. I have been drinking strictly water too. I prefer not to drink my calories.

I would recommend weight training. Stop doing some cardio and work with weights. Not 2lbs hand weights either, but heavier ones. You will start to notice a difference then. At first you will probably gain, but just stick with it. Also, if you are working with weights you'll need to eat more, mostly protein.
