I'm 6'1" and a large frame. I want to be anywhere below 200. I can't remember the last time I was. A couple years ago my doctor said she would like to see me at 200. I was 215 at the time...now I'm 268. I will re-examine my weight when I get there. It's so nice to not see everyone goal weight at 120, 130, etc.

My fiance, who weight about 318 when we started 30 DS does it. He is about 310 now after 8 days. He "almost died" the first couple days, but it gets easier after Day 3. I was 275 when I started it. There are modified version of almost each move that you can do.

W5D3 has terrified almost everyone that I have talked to that has done C25K. Most never imagined that they could run 20 min straight, but I would say 90% of them were able to finish it. I am on Day 6 and have done it every day. I agree with others, and recommend that you do it everyday. I moaned and groaned when I moved (not working out) on Days 2 and 3 but I worked through the "pain." Just push through, if you need to go slower then so-be-it but still do. Great job!! I finished Day 3 yesterday and in some aspects it was hard and then some was easier. I was more sore yesterday than any other day, but it is finally getting better. DF is doing it with me and made a comment that he is feeling strong today. Keep at it! Can't wait to hear your results!!

When I was in HS I weighed about 175 and I was a size 14. Now I weigh 100 pounds more and I am a size 18/20. Makes no sence what-so-ever and it is quite discouraging knowing that I will probably only be a size 14 after I lose weight. So it all depends on what size you are to begin with. I'm 6'1" and want to get down to 199, just so I can be in Onederland! I have a larger frame and that number is based off my doctor telling me she would like to see me at 200. I'll re-evaluate when I get there.
