I log all my weight changes and exercises using the fitbit website. I log all food to mfp. It will cross sync. I love it. Can't afford alot of the dvd workouts. I like to walk. And I am trying to incorporate running/jogging. I have a membership to a 24hr gym, but sometime finding the hours in the day isn't easy. I have one occasionally. And also to curb that naughty crave. I have started drinking pepsi max. Very low on the sodium 25 mg per serving. When I feel like really cheating I go for a diet dr pepper at 55 mg of sodium per can.
