This may be a little time consuming, but why don't you change your activity level under the goals tab to reflect your daily activity? On days you don't work change it to seditary. It might help in gauging how many calories you should eat, also with be able to enter all of your exercise.

How about in the amout of weight you can lift?? I know some people that by lookin at them they are fit (trim), but they couldn't lift a ten pound weight it they wanted too.

Each section is two weeks. And it works. The first time I did it I lost like 20lbs in the six weeks. I just need to get off my but and do it again. LOL
