I'm 5'2, I'm down to 155 now, my goal weight is 140-145. I've been fluctuating between 155-157 and I'm not sure if it's because i'm building muscle or what but I'd like to see some more progress soon.

...I am 5lbs away from being in the 150s, a goal I set 6 months ago and have accomplished. Because I want to continue to work and get back in the 140s, back in a bikini, and keep feeling amazing because I've met my goals.

Saw this last week on a repeat of Dr. Oz. I usually don't watch his show but stopped to watch after he mentioned forskolin. I googled and read about the side effects which I was surprised Dr. Oz didn't mention. I wanted to try both 7 Keto & Foskolin but not sure if the good would outweigh the bad.
