It's great that you are eating back your calories after a workout. Maybe bump your loss to 1 1/2 or just 1 lb a week since you only have about 40 pounds left to lose? It will give you a higher calorie range to eat, plus workout calories, you might wind up with a normal 1900 to 2000 calorie day.

Same here. My stepdaughter was too big for 12's and 14's in children's clothing, so I took her to the jr sizes and miss sizes, and she could wear the 0's to 4's depending on what brand of clothing it was. For me it was McDonalds fries, Burger King whopper, and a large Wendy's frosty. All three places where located at one intersection down the road from my house.

I don't know about you, but thigh rub was awful!! A lot of chafing going on when you are heavier. Those were items I used to help keep the chub rub to a minimum.

I love Slim Fast products, but it gets pricey and its just easier to make my own food and track it. The shakes and high protein bars are really yummy though.

This is why I use a calorie burning app, and my HRM and if the app is lower than the HRM, I use that number. If my HRM is higher, I'll deduct 100 calories just to be safe.

We have been using 90% lean beef from a store that buys from local farmers and its about 200 calories for 4oz so we still have our cheese burgers too, and make room in our calories for it. Ground Bison is pretty expensive here.
