I didn't really follow a plan necessarily, just cut down how much I was eating and ate healthier. As far as exercise I've just been running and doing ab exercises 5 days a week!

Yep, I was 161.1 this morning! lol. I'm 5'8 though.

Thanks! Just lots of water, limited sugar, lean meats, and fruit/veggies. Other than that I just try to have portion control!

I wish it was more than 35 haha. I actually don't do any weights yet. I've just been running every day and doing ab exercises every other day.
