  • Hey! yes it makes perfect sense, But doing a LOT of weightlifting, I chose not to be on full keto diet, but rather just low carb and Intermittent fasting (evening through next lunch) :) However if I come to reduce the amount of sport I do I will probably go for keto =)
  • Hey cristafb! for the carb I d say that s fine if you eat the right kind of carb, maybe increase slighlty proteins if you fell hungry, and if you feel that you need energy increase fat :) All of that of course assuming that you eat the right food should be pretty effortless.
