Hang in there. As you reach for items or have a reaction, think about some good go-to moves that might work for you. I know once you get moved that will help ease up life, hopefully. But as I am learning.... Life always has something to say. :( Its how we react that counts.

@Kate_X4~ Drats! But you are back in control. Not feeding emotions in my opinion is the hardest thing to do. Be sure to get some good strategies in place. You can do it.
