31 here! Definitely having more fun in my 30s so far! Definitely more in control of my weight as well. Getting divorced and dropping that dead weight helped immensely! And I'm pretty sure the only reason it's considered "dirty 30s" is because it rhymes.

I had plantar fasciitis and didn't want to keep ruining my feet so I stopped working out and just focused on my eating so I didn't gain weight back. Weight loss is totally food related! Calories in vs calories out! You've got this!

You have to add the meal foods in your diary and then hit "Quick Tools" and then hit the option "Remember Meal". Say you want to make cereal and milk a meal. Add the amount of cereal and milk to the diary and then click Quick Tools, then Remember Meal and next time you only have to hit it as the meal instead of inserting…

I generally log food from when I get up to when I go to bed. I work until midnight most nights, and I don't get up till like 11 or so.
