This actually happened to me today. Sigh. I wish all my fat didn't gather at my stomach. Some could go to my *kitten*. I suffer from NAALD (no *kitten* at all disease). Haha!

I am 6'0" and I weigh 233. My goal weight is 170. From there, I will keep exercising and eating right, and if I happen to lose more, than that is okay. If not, I would be perfectly happy with 170.
