This is what works for me. Use the same scale, the same day of every week and roughly under the same conditions (sounds like an experiment, I know). My same conditions I mean: on an empty stomach? n a full stomach, BM? No BM? Hope this helps :-)

Oh, one other thing... drink plenty of water this good for general health and weight loss. I drink more that two litres per day. Silly me... I had a mango today and freaked out at the amount of calories. I watched it, weighed it and got 490 grams, then peeled, sliced and of course discarded the pit. I had bit more wiggle room calorie wise than I thought I had!
