This is what works for me. Use the same scale, the same day of every week and roughly under the same conditions (sounds like an experiment, I know). My same conditions I mean: on an empty stomach? n a full stomach, BM? No BM? Hope this helps :-)

Oh, one other thing... drink plenty of water this good for general health and weight loss. I drink more that two litres per day. Hi there! I'm not an expert but I'd suggest incorporating lots of dietary fibre in your diet. This can come from fruits, vegetable, peas, beans, nuts and oat bran/oatmeal. Silly me... I had a mango today and freaked out at the amount of calories. I watched it, weighed it and got 490 grams, then peeled, sliced and of course discarded the pit. I had bit more wiggle room calorie wise than I thought I had!
