  • small steps is what I took...I have 129 day streak going. I've lost 50 lbs but have 75 to go...I wish I only had 21 to go like you. I'm on the computer a lot anyway so, yes, I do it before I do anything else on the computer. I exercise on my terms (no gym, in the morning, gotta be watching tv, 30 min. cool down, etc.)…
