I was just thinking this same thing. I check in to MFP several times through out the day. I also have to focus on low impact exercise and walking for exercise. (Bad knee, bad ankle, bad elbow: all made worse by all this extra weight I carry daily) Would love to buddy up with you! Friend request sent! :) -- I also have a…

TinyPic.com you can upload and resize the pictures. If you right click on the pic you did post and select open in new tab it shows the whole picture.

If everyone looks like their profile pictures I am to assume you are a cat? -- my profile picture is not me. (Lord that I wish it was!) It is however my inspiration, where I would like to be once I lose 100 pounds on top of the 21 I have already lost. But thanks. ;)

Feel free to add me! :)

Feel free to add me! I am not a "new" mom though my kids are 2,5, & 6. :)

You rock!! You always inspire me! :)

I like the idea of a morning workout too! ... but I have tried it a couple of times and I find on the days that I have done that I have felt MORE hungry through out the whole day. Maybe that is something that would have changed if I had stuck to it, but it was enough for me to say "No thanks!"

I never rely on will power, but that is primarily because I don't have any! LOL! I read something once, about how you always have a choice. And when you tell yourself you "can't" something you'll only make yourself want it THAT much more! So instead you should tell yourself "I could have that pizza, but I choose not to eat…

Yep. I think the look is worse then any comments made.

I was never willing to pay $100 for a fitbit, I wanted one, but I just couldn't see it being worth that price. However, DH and I both got a Fitbit One free through his job and I love it! I'd have spent $100 for it now, having it and realizing it's worth it.

I literally just got mine today and I am excited to learn how it works and to watch how many steps I can rack up in a day! :)

Clearly like everyone has said, ask your doctor. Don't just assume that because you are overweight that you'll be told to wait. I was 5'7 and 240 pounds when I conceived my first. That was with the blessing of my OB/GYN and fertility medication at that! It took me three years to conceive my first. I wanted to lose weight…

Completely awesome! :) Congrats to you both!

You are so beautiful! You look like America Ferrera! :) I do find this very inspiring.

I find it interesting that a lot of people tend to agree that "if you love the person it doesn't matter if you are married or not" but they tend to use that argument for NOT getting married. If it truly didn't matter then getting married wouldn't be such a big deal.

I love being the apparent exception to this rule. I was 20 when I married my 19 year old boyfriend (He turned 19 just 10 days before our wedding) We've been married almost 14 years and our love is as strong as ever. We have survived, job loss, cancer, debt, three children under 6! ... life in general. When I got married I…

Very inspiring! You have made fantastic progress! :)

At that age I honestly don't see any point to a sleep over. A play date for a couple of hours is more then adequate. My husband and I have already discussed this issue though it hasn't even come up yet, and we've decided we don't trust anyone enough to allow for a sleep over. A couple of family members, sure, but other…
