Good work. You look fabulous and even better, are getting healthy. Pre-diabetes is what gave me the final kick in the butt to do something, too.

That's awesome. Your shoulders are looking great.

I have a ninja. It was 200+ in Saskatchewan. More than likely cheaper in your area. It has the regular blender and a single serve cup option. I like it. I make myself a smoothie about 5 nights of the week, so I'll probably wear it out sooner than someone who would use it casually.

Good job. You look fabulous.

You look gorgeous. Great job.

Good job. You're looking great.

I got it through the link, I think. Same as the side by side on your profile? If so, big difference. You look great.

I'm just impressed my pictures worked

Can you move the bench inside a power rack and use the rails as extra safety to make you feel more comfortable without a spotter?
-
No, I was pretty good at it before I was losing weight.

I'd say that is moderately active at the very least. Yes, you do a desk job all day, but you are otherwise quite active (2+ hours at the gym) 5 days per week.

i can relate to a fear of re-injury for sure. I tore ligaments in my knee downhill skiing almost 25 years ago. The pain and recovery from that was enough to keep me off a ski hill since. I have mildly re-injured the ligaments over the years doing a variety of things, but squatting doesn't seem to bother my knee at…

^^ This Start with an empty bar and work on form. Don't feel obligated to add the 5lbs per until you know you are doing it right. I'm taking it slowly, too. Only up to 65 on squats as I want to be sure my form is good and I'm breaking parallel before I worry about adding weight quickly. It will come.

More working days than not, it's what I have for breakfast. Super easy to throw together before bed and ready to toss in my bag for work the next day. I usually add protein powder, greek yogourt, and frozen berries.

The only thing that satisfies a chocolate craving for me is chocolate. I would walk naked uphill in a raging snowstorm to get chocolate when the cravings hit. I'm a milk chocolate lover, but have moved to dark chocolate to satisfy the cravings....less calories and actually good for you in moderation. If you aren't doing a…

You can set a manual calorie goal. Never tried to set as high as 3000. It won't let you?
-
I don't think your exercise goals change the calorie calc at all. When you add in the exercise you do every day, it will increase the calorie goal based on that, though. I'm guessing it won't go above .4 per week for you as you're already set at the min calories of 1200 and for you size (given the results of your calc, I…

I don't recall seeing your before and afters, but I find it hard to believe someone can't see a 50lb loss. I'm sure they can. Jealousy playing a role in them not admitting it perhaps? Edit cuz I found your before and afters. If someone can't see that difference, she's blind! You look great. Regardless, I don't know if…

I watch, but I don't follow his diet plan

Chili....stores well in the fridge or freezer. I don't have a recipe cuz it's one of those wing it with whatever is handy meals

If you have 400 left, eat them. I'd probably take a look at my macros to see what would be best to eat to try to hit or stay within them, but there's no reason not to eat the rest of your calories.

My knees haven't hurt yet from bodyweight or squat with a barbell and I have an old knee injury. Because I knew it was a real possibility of hurting my knee with the old injury I've been doing glute strenghtening exercises since I started lifting weights and I'm doing some stretching to try to loosen up my tight hips. I'm…

My endo went with a "most likely"......I've got pretty much all the symptoms. She wasn't too concerned with doing anything more "official" as I'm not looking to have any more children and they just treat the symptoms anyway. An official diagnosis wouldn't change any treatment for me. I don't do really low carb, but I'm not…

Weight will come off where it wants to come off. I've lost around my chest, but not in cup size yet.

It's possibly hormonal. I do have a couple days every month where I want to eat everything I see, I'm not really hungry, though....just a really bad case of the munchies. As far as advice, it's only one day, so you haven't ruined anything. Consider the morning a write off, get back on track, and you'll be fine.

I don't consume that little, so I have nothing helpful to add there, but with your current stats, I find it hard to believe you are "chubby" as your profile states If anything, given your diet, you have more fat that you need from poor eating and little exercise, but you aren't overweight. I'm no expert, but my advice…

What you need to eat depends on what you are doing at the gym. Lifting will be different than straight cardio
-
I'm pretty new to lifting, but I find that there's really nothing that lessens the DOMS other than time and Advil...rolling, stretching, baths, whatever...doesn't make it better for me. The pain will go away briefly if I use the muscles though...with sore legs, I go for a walk. You need to rest the muscles so they can…
