  • 5'10 weigh 200 pounds and wear a size 14. Started at 334 pounds in a size 30/32! Shoe size 10.5 and shirt size L-XL. I have found the band size on my bra going down but the cup size has remained almost the same so don't think my top size will change much!
  • I lift heavy and on my lifting days I find I am ravenous!!! I make sure to add extra protein to my diet that day.
