Indeed they do and are allowed dual nationality if they want it. GoT Yorkshire accent - "John Snoooo" lol

Fantastic film. Wouldn't say it's a 'must see' though.

'British' does not encompass N. Ireland. For all you fans of the Scottish accent (NSFW) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZpBTNVre3fs

Looks like well constructed crap to me. All of the leg and bicep isolation attachments on the bench are surplus to your (or most lifters, imho) requirements so there is money to be saved there. You could probably get away with a squat stand and a bench. Spent the rest of the money on weights when you need them.

Would definitely get a fin attached to my spine but science hasn't caught up with my dreams yet. One day...one day.

I've never read the book but am replying because no one else is. Work out what way? What have you outlined for yourself? Is it a balls-to-the-wall workout every time? Probably don't do it every day then. Is it 50-70% of balls-to-the-wall effort? Maybe every day would be ok. Depends on where you are with your fitness levels…

Ah I see, fair enough. Rocky 4 is great. So is 3 (when he actually learns how to box) - I wouldn't be a red-blooded child of the 80s if I said otherwise!
-
My kind of woman (Rocky is gash though. Can't believe it won an oscar over Taxi Driver)!

All ****e Overrated You really should see these if you haven't. They're to ingrained in modern society not to have seen them.

gloriaqzhao - With the reintroduction of grains you may start to feel better. If you don't, maybe go back to a medical professional (which I most certainly am not) and get checked out. Maybe ask about hypothyroidism.

Even if you don't realise it you already have quite a bit of muscle mass. As you lose weight that muscle mass will decrease as well as fat but if you start lifting now then you can save some that would otherwise be lost. Lifting as heavy as you can manage will save the most amount of muscle (as far as i'm aware) but that…

Your welcome! I'm hoping someone with more experience in this area will chime in because i'm more of a lifting-heavy-objects kind of guy.

Purely in the context of weight loss, two sessions you can do is more beneficial than one you can't. As far as fitness is concerned it may be a little (a lot) more complicated. I would have thought that keeping one's heart rate up for an hour and a half is a bit much for anyone who isn't an endurance athlete. In fact,…

Have you been measuring calories at all? If you haven't, have you been eating more than usual recently? Weight loss, as I understand it, is a matter of calories in vs calories out - If you consume less calories than you burn then you will lose weight. So, you can either measure your calorie intake every day and reduce it…

What are the details of your workout program? What are your goals? Why have you cut out grains? What are your macros like? Are you suffering from any stress at the moment (other than that surrounding being a mother of three)? Have there been any other symptoms other than extreme fatigue? Do you get enough iron in your…

I don't think it's been covered yet so i'll just go ahead and say that you should not take steroids.
