I can't stand Haley either! and she had such a horrid ''don't you tell me i did bad'' look on her face last night! Dang! I never liked her singing! ever! ......James will still have a career! for sure!!!

i definately agree the protein is too low. if i don't eat enough for me i am starving all day! so...i just stick to the fat/calories suggestion and don't worry about the protein suggestion. i've lost 12lbs in 6 weeks.

OH YES I DO!!! I have been over 200 for 5 years now! Am am sooooooooo ready to be under 199!!! ....My top weight was 224. I started MFP at 212. I'm down to 203.2 . So close to 199 i can taste it!
