That is the plan! I've been on this journey for so long! Pregnancy has always gotten in the way. I've had six (Only three children) And it's just hindering no matter how much you love them!! So basically I made A sweeping declaration that I will NOT be pregnant this year!! Haha

Thank you for understanding. I'm sorry for your depression. I've been there. It's terrible! Yes, I have a wide variety of exercises that I do. Right now I'm averaging 4 days a week. Between 30-60 minutes. I shoot for 60 most days.

Thank you :) I'm touched that you did that! Yes, I have noticed things like that are easier. I'm able to do new or different things in my workouts. Or I'm finding new ways to workout. I don't necessarily feel less bloated, but that time of the month is coming up :S

On here they do because of my profile picture, but no one in real life yet. Unless I bring it up or show them a picture, then they say something like "Oh yeah, I noticed, but didn't say anything."

The thing is, I don't notice a difference in my clothes. That's one ofor the problems I'm Having. But I like my activity level.

Thank you. I appreciate that. It gives me hope that you went through it too. I really do hope that it gets better soon! I don't plan to stop by any means. That's not going to help my situation at all.

This exactly! I usually decide then "Well, I've already ruined today, might as well not care about the rest of the day." My own habits I have to break, I know. Great Job OP! Shows that you're entirely dedicated!

Not bad. I did super good during my son's birthday weekend! Usually I say "It's a birthday and we're traveling!" But I kept to what I wanted. I even went for a run before his party :) I was pleasantly surprised with the photos of me that day too. Today however, I could have done better. I needed carbs for some reason :S So…

Oh boy. That sounds tough! Did you manage to get through the day alright? What about getting some Special K treats? They're low in cals and fat but nice and sweet for those days where you just need it.

I stuck to all my goals!! I'm happy about that! Just for today for January 10 2015 Make a healthy well rounded dinner. I will exercise at least 30 minutes I will drink at least 2 litres of water.

I don't know why. I'm struggling with it as well. Big time. I'm so very stressed with life lately, that I'm doing so bad with my eating, and no, I can't out exercise it. It sucks. If anyone has insight, I would love to hear it!

Hey. I need some motivational friends too. I have some friends, but I don't get much comments or support on my stuff. I have about 90-100 pounds to lose. We'll see how I feel when I get there.
