  • Good for you MS!! It's a long long journey. Depending on how this month goes, I might make this a permanent group! You got this! Angie, great job on using the crock pot! Definitely a useful tool!! Sometimes I'll make my own separate meal when others want a more unhealthy choice:)

  • Wow!! That is busy!! No kidding. Is there a way you can pack your own dinner so you could pre log your food? I find that when I'm running around like crazy that really helps. Then you don't have your think about it. I self sabotage as well. All the time. I just weighed myself and because of my sodium intake yesterday I'm…
  • Sounds good! I have more to lose than you do, but I'm in.
  • Okay guys! I made a group! Hope on over and join up! It's got the same name as this thread.
  • Well first off, I'd like to say, congratulations to all of you for taking this step with me! What a difficult road it is to get healthy. But we CAN do this! Sometimes we just need support! I could create a group. Do you guys think that would be best?
  • That happens to me! I've been trying to get under it for about 7 years now. Ugh writing that out makes me feel like a failure... Anyways, if there is any answers to this I would love to hear!
  • Oh my goodness!!! That is an AMAZING accomplishment!! It's so so soooooo hard to pull out of a binge. I'm the same. I'll go to the store just for my binge food in thoughts of eating all of it right away. Mainly because I don't want it to tempt me the next day. Good for you. I'm seriously so impressed!
  • This comparison was made last summer. Unfortunately I gained some weight since then and am working it off. I think the difference is around 260-210 or 215 or so.
  • I have the Charge HR and I have no idea how I got along without it!! Like someone said above, it's a game changer! Big time! I wear it ALL the time. I love how it connects to mfp and automatically gives me the numbers without the fuss of trying to figure it out. A lot of my exercises arent in the mfp database and it was…

Other than that, I'm honestly just thankful that I CAN exercise. There are so many people out there who physically can't and I'm so thankful everyday that I can!!
