Yes I too would love to know the answer to this, as well. It drives me nuts that one says one thing and the other says different. (also probably doesn't help that I have MFP in kilojoules and Fit Bit in Calories) How can I change the fitbit to Kilojoules? :smile:

I hopped on the scales today and have lost 10% of the weight I was :smile: And I am 3/10th of where I want to be. And its only been two months. I too have the dove promises dark chocolate when I need a choccy hit. Stick it to the top of your mouth and they last ages. Yum! And sweet! Bye bye craving. Good luck and stick to it!
