I used to "ruin" the kids' leftovers when they were young, otherwise I'd be eating their other sandwich halves, crusts, the end of their pasta, the rest of their chocolate milk... Right into the sink they go!

Some restaurants will let you order the "lunch sized" portion if you ask - sometimes I ask for it and still pay for the full dinner portion because I AM WORTH IT and I also clean the plate (even at home!)

I don't count sugarfree gum which is fine. But I also don't log when I TASTE stuff that I am cooking, and that is not fine!

Water is my secret weapon - I try to drink 16 oz by 11am, then another 16 oz by 1, then another by 5. I would drink more into the evening, but that whole getting up at night to pee is awful!
