I don't know where you're from, but I'm hoping that it's not a place in the world where 1 cup = 8 fl oz. I also like to weigh my food . . . in ounces, which is a smaller unit for a pound. I renounce your grams.

10 pm. I eat all the foodz after 10 pm regardless of where I stand for the day. I don't start binging until after 10 pm, but once the bell tolls, it's on like donkey kong.

It has nothing to do with exercising on an empty stomach, but probably at least 90% to do with your low daily caloric intake. Don't think, just eat. Good luck.

You are having compulsory cheat days because you are on a very low calorie diet, it's your body's way of telling you "lady, this **** ain't working for me." and preventing you from starving to death. eat at a level where you feel satiated every day.

I eat when I'm hungry because I never have an issue reaching my caloric intake goal. If I was regularly coming in under goal or over goal I would schedule it out better.
