  • I swear by the super B complex. I've used it for a few years now and haven't been cold sick since. I do get sinus headaches alot though, The B seems to help build your immune system.

  • Hi Emy! I'm Deb and just joined yeaterday! My boss heard of this site and I looked it over yesterday but it wasn't a good day to start since I had a baby shower to go to and no plan yet!! :) But today is a new day! Have a great day and week! WE CAN DO THIS!!

  • Hi! I just joined today and have over 100 to lose. I still have to look over the site so I know how things work. Just have the very basics right now. But I'm hopeful! Looks like a lot of support here!
