Not sure if anyone else already posted this, but next time I'm in your situation I'm making THIS http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/09/06/the-ultimate-chocolate-fudge-pie/ I bet you could put it in muffin cups to set without the crust and make little individual cheesecakes to freeze for emergencies.

I do this too. And I use a normal rubber band instead of a hair elastic--I know it's bad for your hair but it STAYS!

Give her a big old smile and say "HI! Wow you look great! How long did it take you to work up to x mph? What do you eat? How often do you work out? Let's go get a smoothie after this!" You'll either make a new friend, or she'll never come near you again :)

Do you think it would work with greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese?

yum, i'm trying all of these!

I tend to stick to 1200 during the week and go a little over on the weekend. I eat A LOT of Quorn and Total 0%--high protein and very few calories, and a lot of fruit and vegetables. I also try to eat all my carb/grains during the day and avoid them for my evening meal, and stick to wholewheat or wholegrain things. I do…

Oh my goodness I was going to post about Donairs...and donair sauce yummmm! According to Wikipedia, you can only get donairs and garlic fingers with donair sauce on the East Coast. I'm from Halifax, but I haven't lived there for 10 years. Every time I visit I have to get garlic fingers. And ketchup chips!

This! I'm wearing heels with all my work trousers again because they sit much lower on my hips now, if I don't they will drag on the ground.

Hot vinyasa or ashtanga yoga! I have never stuck with exercise before, but I completed a 30 day yoga challenge in April! Also I get emails from groupon and livingsocial and if they advertise an interesting-looking fitness thing in my area, I go for it. In August I'm trying antigravity yoga and reformer pilates--exciting!

I love threads like this! Day cream with sunscreen (still looking for The One--any suggestions for anti-aging combination skin?) Dry shampoo Cat's Eye mascara (the one in the yellow tube, forget the brand) Undereye concealer Oil like jojoba or grapeseed oil for skin/hair/nails--a little goes a loooong way and it doesn't…

I dye my hair brown over highlights too (permanent colour), and it's always super dark at first and fades to a normal colour after a couple of weeks. I would say hang in there, maybe just wash it daily if you want it to hurry up and fade!

Yup. I had yogurt covered raisins....540 calories worth. I wasn't even hungry! Tomorrow is a new day.

Does anyone know if different brands of whey protein give different results? I've never baked with it before but I'm interested in experimenting!

If I'm super busy, I just try to move around more than usual--take the steps instead of the elevator, go find someone at work instead of emailing them, stand instead of sit on the train.....sounds lame but sometimes it's easier to fit in than a workout DVD. I used to work in a theatre and had a co-worker who had 2 jobs and…

Where do you live in the UK? I'm in East London and there's a market around the corner where you can buy big bowls of vegetables for £1. There are also Turkish, Bengladeshi and Chinese supermarkets where you can get interesting healthy foods for cheap. The only downside is that you do have to plan and prepare it yourself.…

Never settle for second best in anything....and ALWAYS have a plan B (my mom can be harsh but her advice has served me very well!)

Oops you're right, I should have said it depends where you are. I live in England and some kinds of veggie meat are cheaper than tofu or canned beans, if you break it down to cost per serving.

Bump, I'm making this for lunch next week!
