Fast day #2 for me!!! I am officially stuck at a plateau it seems! I've been 167.2 for over two weeks. I'm glad I'm not gaining but come on! I was 167.2 AGAIN this morning when I got on the scale. Hopefully tomorrow I'll see a drop. I just REALLY want to hit 10lbs lost! Badly!!!

Me too!!! Where we live right now is RIGHT off a major interstate and there are always 18 wheelers flying off the exit. It's just not safe. I cannot wait to be able to get into the new place and be able to walk around!

I agree with this too. I don't think by saying that you are saying anything bad! But yeah, some battles just aren't even worth starting. I know people just can't wrap their minds around it, so I'd rather not get into it at all.

Didn't lose this week. Exactly the same as last Friday, which is acceptable! At least I didn't gain. I stopped eating AIP and noticed that some things (like eggs) bloat me and make me feel horrible. I really think that's why I didn't lose this week. Too much inflammation in my body. Hopefully getting back to it, will help…

Partial fasting is good, but people still hear fasting and think it's drastic. Calorie cycling sounds good too, but I think the best is just saying something vague like "Just watching what I eat!" because most people who'd ask are NOT my close friends and they know what I'm doing.

FD#2 today. It's dumping snow here in Maryland, but I'm at work. My hubby's government building closed so he's home with baby. I only live 3 minutes from work, so I don't have much of an excuse not to go. The roads were awful this morning and it's supposed to snow all day. Hopefully it's not TOO bad at 5:30!

The first month and a half of doing IF, I had bowel issues. Very urgent, and some cramping. I was very worried I'd have to stop doing IF. What helped me? Stop drinking coffee, at least on Fast days! I think it was too harsh on my system when nothing else was going on. Try this. I spent 1.5 months in pain/in the bathroom!

Good morning! Had a good weekend. We are moving at the end of the month, so we packed a good bit. Spent all day making food for the week. I'd love to hit 10lbs lost this week. I just can't even imagine! YAY!

I fast at work so I always have distraction. Monday and Thursday. I drink a lot of water and tea and tell myself that I can anything I want tomorrow. I made it 23 hours yesterday before eating.

Good morning! Needed to lose 1.8 to get to 10lbs lost, and I lost 1.2! So I'm at 9.4 lbs lost! I am so happy!!! I know I sound like a broken record, but this is the ONLY thing that I've done that works. I'm not even exercising (I know.. tsk tsk) and the weight is still coming off. It feels too easy!

Oh I LOVEEEEE Goodwill! My mom and I take a day and go to 3 of them in our area, we just haven't gone in awhile! I need to get back soon but I want to wait until I'm down a pants size for sure!

If I'm only over by 100 or 200 calories, I'd just call it a fast day, but if I went WAY over, I'd treat it as a feast day and fast another day!

I was eating around 1pm and then eating dinner, but the last two times I've eaten JUST dinner and I've lost more weight this way. Not sure if there was a correlation there, but now I'm aiming to fast all day (drinking water and tea) and eating all 500 calories for dinner.

I've been experimenting with this, and I always seem to lose 1+ lbs the day after my fast. Example. Weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 171. I fasted all day and ate my meal last night. This morning the scale says 168.8. It always seems to go down unless I have a massive amount of salt.
