Last week (week 19): 159.8 This week (week 20): 163.6 total weight gain is now 6.6 lbs at the halway point. I know a lot of it was super bowl snacking and I hope that at least SOME of this is gone by next weeks weigh in.

I do, but I don't add anything to my tea. I just drink it plain.

I have Celiac, and I find this funny. Gluten free diet SUCKS. I have no idea why people who don't need to be GF would do this to themselves. The only reason I do is because I have no choice. It's expensive and all the "comfort food" sucks anyway. I stick to meats, veggies, yogurt.. I avoid the overpriced GF BS.

I'm def expecting a gain on Monday. I didn't get to the gym at all this week to walk.

Symptoms at 19 weeks: Back pain Sinus pressure/Bad headaches Not sleeping very well. All in all, not too bad. Still am not STARVING and no cravings.. I eat when i'm hungry, and that's about it.

That's a pretty cool way to look at it!

Week 19 and i've gained 2.8 lbs

Wow.. this is my first and I was in maternity pants by 8 weeks. I didn't gain a single lbs until week 16 but I was far too uncomfortable in my regular pants. They hit at just the wrong spot. I guess i'm the odd person out here. LOL.

Prepregnancy - 157 Continued to lose until week 14: Down to 151 Week 16: 156.8 Week 17: 157.0 Week 18: 160.2 (+ 3.2) Week 19: 159.8 (-0.4 from last week) Total gain at 19 weeks: 2.8 lbs. I am pretty happy with this. I am trying so hard to not gain more than 25 lbs! My step sister gained about 90lbs so as bad as it sounds,…

Congrats!!!!!

This is my fear.. that I won't be able to lose it! That's why i'm really trying hard not to gain more than 25 lbs. I'm terrified that if I gain 50+ lbs, that i'd never be able to lose it. All of the women in my family who've had kids, never really bounced back from it and always stayed on the larger side. I really hope I…

Thanks Amy! You are right. I've been hit with the constipation again because I had to take a zofran the other night. It always backs me up! Then i'm trying to avoid sugars, so i've been eating more things with salt. I've been struggling with water ever since i've been pregnant. Drinking too much too fast still makes me…

No cravings yet.. i'm 18+1 and still nothing is very palatable.

Prepregnancy - 157 Continued to lose until week 14: Down to 151 Week 16: 156.8 Week 17: 157.0 Week 18: 160.2 (+ 3.2) First gain and it's a lot. Not too happy about it. Was hoping to keep to 1lb per week. I was sick this past week and wasn't able to exercise. Hopefully getting back to the gym will help tame this for next…

I went through this same thing weeks 14-16. It was awful. Some nights I'd have to get up 3 times and eat. I think it was becasue I wasn't eating enough. I started making sure I was eating plenty of protein before I went to bed, and it stopped. I would eat Chobani with some granola in it. Now, It seems to have backed off.…

yay Amy!!!!! I'm really hoping for a girl. I know exaclty what the nursery will be like and everything.. but I am still waiting!! 19 more days! Hubby thinks it's a boy, but everyone else i've talked to thinks girl.

Prepregnancy - 157 Continued to lose until week 14: Down to 151 Week 16: 156.8 Week 17: 157.0 Week 18: 160.2 (+ 3.2) YIKES! My first gain is 3.2 lbs!!! That does not make me happy. I was hoping that my gains would only be a lb a week but each time I got on the scale this weekend it was MORE! Now, I only log my weight once…

The Chipotle in my town has every items calorie content right next to the item on the giant menu. You can see exactly what everything is. It's nice.

I'm 3 weeks away from my 20 week scan (i'll be nearly 21 weeks) and i'm dying to know. The hubby and I haven't bought ANYTHING and it's killing me. I feel like knowing the sex of the baby and being able to pick a name will really help with the bonding process. I just want to know what i'm having! I also can't wait to start…

I ran a marathon 3 days after finding out I was pregnant( that I had trained nearly 5 months for). Early miscarriages (and probably most) are not caused by something physical the mother does. They are often chomasomal and unfortunatley, unpreventable. I'd say go ahead and do what you've already been doing!

Amy- Same here! Not with Prenatal yoga, but with other classes. I always wanted to do a spinning class but they all start a 5:30 pm, and i don't get off until 5:30. So I never get the chance to do them.
-
no, but i'd love to find a class in my area, just to meet other pregnant women!
-
I have twice the amount of girl names picked out than boy names. I really hope this doesn't mean boy!
-
Congrats!!! I wish I knew but I have to wait until my anatomy scan on 2/7! i'll be almost 21 weeks. I'm getting impatient!
-
Amy- could have written that myself!! I don't understand women who "love being pregnant!" so far, it's been horrible for the most part. Sick as crap for 14-15 weeks, and then when I started feeling NOT sick, I got crushed with horrible headahces and sinus crap. Now, i'm feeling much better, but my back is already hurting…
-
I finally started to feel better so I joined the gym! My first goal is to go 4 nights a week (hopefully i'll be able to walk outside on the weekends) and walk for 45 minutes. I'm a runner (but stopped after my marathon at 3+6) and I always feel wierd just walking on the treadmill. Once I get back into the routine of…

Amy- I can relate. I've always had poor body image and i'm terrifed of stretch marks. I know we are supposed to "embrace" them as new mama's but that's going to be really hard for me! So far, I haven't found any, but I also haven't gained any weight either. I read also that nothing really helps and occasionally i'll slab…

Congrats!!! I don't find out until 2/7 at my anatomy scan. I'll be almost 21 weeks by then. It's killing me!!

Prepregnancy: 157 First 14 weeks: down to 151 16 weeks: 156 17+1: 157 So I am back to my prepregnancy weight. I'm still at "0" lbs gained. I really want to gain LESS than 25 if I can help it. I'm only 5' 3" and I was a little overweight according to my height before I started. So from here on out, I'm trying to be mindful…

Hello! I'm pregnant with my first too. I'm almost 17 weeks. For me, the first 14 weeks I was so nauseous and had so many food aversions that I lost 7 lbs. So far, i'm still in the "loss" category instead of the "gain" category. I just joinedthe gym to keep myself active and walking! Feel free to add me!
