I read for an hour again this morning. I read yesterday and finished one book and I am now enjoying another.

19.13/100 5.46 mile walk this afternoon. I walked from one park to 2 others and back. I had no idea that I could this. I was afraid to cross a bridge over the freeway to do so but I faced my fear and did it. I saw a jogger do this and I followed him.

I could not do it. My poor grandson came down sick and was here with me for past two days. I am worn out from taking care of him, myself and my husband. Jonny and my husband are both on antibiotics. I wanted to finish strong but there is always next month. Awesome walking ladies!

43.24/100 2 Miracle miles with resistance training. I found a miracle mile on YouTube and did it twice. I like it a lot. I do not have the new fancy resistance band but I do have the other band and followed along using that. This will be a mile I do often.
