I have a pair of pants that I found in my closet back in July. When I tried them on then, I couldn't even button them. I didn't start getting serious about eating better and getting activity in until just about a month ago. Today, I am wearing the pants to work...they just fit, but they are zipped and buttoned, and are not…

I walked a 5k this past weekend. That itself is a pretty big NSV for me. But, even bigger is, my daughter, who ran the race while I walked it, told my husband when we got home that you can really tell I have been working out, because my legs looks really good in my workout pants. That made me feel like what I am…

Your stats are inspiring! I can't see the picture here at work, but I will look when I get home. Your starting numbers are so similar to mine... but, I'm about an inch shorter than you. You give me hope and inspiration! Way to go!

In the mirror, I see myself and all my extra weight...fat. However, IN MY HEAD, I am still the thin healthy person I was in my 20's. I have 70 pounds to lose, so I know I am not thin... but every time I look in the mirror, it shocks me back into reality, and let's me know exactly where I stand. :grumble: :blushing:
