  • Maybe you can just take a Fish Oil Supplement?? I get mine from GNC - Triple Strength Fish Oil Supplement. You only have to take it once a day, so it isn't such a bad addition to my normal routine. Other than that, maybe you could try tilapia? I am not much of a fish-eater myself, but regularly eat Tuna (packets, not cans)…
