Does not sound bad. My trick to potatoes, whether they are diced, baked, mashed.. I put a hefty amount of djon mustard, mix or just eat like that. I just like it, some people my find it odd but yummmy. That and some mixed in roasted garlic!

I don't think its considered healthy to be honest, the white rice, special sauces, mayo, tempura.. that stuff to me is for sure not a health food. But I LOVE sushi, and I wont give it up forever, so if I want a good solid cheat meal, 9 times out of 10 it will be a gorge on sushi <3.

2 words.. sushi buffet. all you can eat, terrible decision(s) have done it more than once. variety of rolls, soup, seaweed salad (not unhealthy but ALOT of it) green tea ice cream, sashimi.. the amount I would eat is disgusting lol.

Quinoa Mashed cauliflower < just like potatoes yum. I once in a while have a gluten free omega flax bread (very small pieces) all organic and healthy.. Sweet potatoes are good! A small amount of brown rice for example, a couple of teaspoons for the texture/feel with some protein and a ton of veg!

I agree with " No such thing as a bad vegetable". Eat it lightly steamed, baked, or something healthy.. not fried with bacon and oils and cheese ect, but just the simplicity of a potato in moderation is healthy!

I could totally get that! I know one more inexpensive product is beans, that you soak and then cook up, baked beans.. all types of dishes. Typically a bag here is 2-3.00 depending, Im not sure about there though but it could be a thought. Calorie dense enough but still packed with fibre and protein.
