I gained a pound this week. Very sad. But I know it was the fact that I did not do all the exercise I had planned. Somehow I think I would feel better if it was because I ate some wonderful "cheating" kinds of foods. But nope it wasn't. I am going to shoot to lose 2 pounds by the 19th. I am down a half pound only. I have been using my fitbit and walking a lot. I need to drink more water and try to eat a bit less fruit. Too much sugar in it. I hope next Friday the scale is kinder to me! Have a great weekend!

I cried on the way home from work when I heard that he died. His humor was so refreshing and his ability to be so many different people made me want to grow up and be a comic. (which I never tried). His demons won and I hope he rests in peace and his family heals completely.

Hi all - I am in! I was a very big girl - 220 pounds when I started losing weight in 2005. I hit a plateau at 169 pounds and friends hot me started on Myfitness Pal in April.
