Same here. S23 and watch. At lunch myfitnesspal had pulled in data from my morning workout but now at the end of the day it has disappeared.

You can't just multiply by the number of grams of protein either and get a correct number. I use a USDA food database software to check, and it says 1 large egg white is 16 calories, and 3.6 grams of protein. So 2 of them is 32 calories, and 7.2 grams of protein. and it's going to vary by the size of the egg also!

5'4", and I weighed 138 when I was 25 many years ago and was skin and bones. I'm pretty dense with a large frame. I plan on checking my bodyfat and BMI when I get close to see what's healthy.

It is correct, 900 calories or so for the whole bottle. and 12.5 for 10 sprays. I still use it, but only as a spray. The rules for food labeling allow them to round down, I think 0-4 calories gets rounded down to 0. Similar things happen for other nutrients. For instance, cheese that says 0 grams of lactose per serving,…
