I'd assume mfp is the more accurate. Ever more so if you're weighing the ingredients and entering accurate quantities into the recipe

1/9= 2 miles 2/9= 2 miles 36 miles to go Can't say I ran all of those miles- I'm doing c25k- but I'm building up slowly. Some of the goals here are awe inspiring. Amazing guys!

I'm new, just started and on week 2 of c25k- I'm loving it though so will join and commit to 40miles, which is about 35 miles more than last month so, to me, it's a big challenge. 1 down today. Good luck all- loads of inspiration here

Great thread thanks. I've just started exercising today- I've always walked two or three miles a day with the dog, but today I dusted off the shred and went for it. My question is about hiit- I'm somewhat lacking in understanding of it- does the shred count as hiit, or should I he doing a different more challenging…

I love them too. But for different reasons. I love to cook (and eat) and I love the challenge of fast days, finding and making lovely 100 - 150 cal meals, which I really enjoy- proving to myself that I don't have to go without, even when severely restricting calories. It's also a great feeling of control and cleansing-…

I too save my calories for evening meal- but I'm the type who can't go to bed hungry. So I have 100 cals over the day in tea, stock ( sounds weird but it's a lovely soupy taste and really staves off hunger) miso soup, and a small snack ( usually a 10cal jelly and piece of fruit) then I eat a proper meal with my family at…

Great to see such positivity. Fd2 for me tomorrow - I'm looking forward to it!:& It's such a challenge and great to feel in control, especially after a day like today where I haven't enjoyed the food I've had, but have had too much anyway.
-
I did my first fast last week, my third will be tomorrow. It may be beginners enthusiasm but I have found it enjoyable- not easy, but rewarding and more in control than ever regarding eating. And to me, being in control of eating and that much more mindful is a huge step in the right direction. Good luck fasters

Hi, can I join in? Im 186lbs at 5"4 so need to lose at least 50lbs ( more really but 50 seems achievable any more is daunting at the minute) I'm just committing to a month of vegan/ vegetarian and I'll see where I go from there. I'm a mother of two (4 and 6) and completely understand the struggle to find time to excercise…

I've walked the last 5 miles as I'm aching so much- this is more exercise than I've done all year. 11 miles to go for me:)
